Early Bird discount tickets $5 +booking fee + GST, normally $10 per person.
These types of homes are very different to the normal code minimum homes on the market and are usually not available to view.
The addresses of the homes will be published on this website one week in advance

The tours are the first and only of their kind in New Zealand showcasing high performance homes that are healthier and more thermally efficient than the current NZ building standards.
The tours serve to educate consumers and industry about what is possible in building healthy, energy efficient homes at an affordable cost.
