Bob/Ronnie, I'll ask Simon for some key points re his vision of creating Superhomes within a suburb such as Addington - to revitalise the neighbourhood etc. The “European’ element is a nice point of difference for many Kiwis type of thing. I really love his passion and his concepts re doing this great work in areas that are not your typical Merivale types lol... So whatever we get from Simon can form the basis of the original copy here.

Located in the heart of Addington this Low Energy Build (LEB) as certified by Passive House New Zealand is being built by well-known developer Nest Residential. The home has been architecturally designed and passive modelling was completed by Karen Manson from Meta Architects.

The two-storey home has three bedrooms and two fully tiled ensuite bathrooms and three toilets. The bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes.

High performing locally made Weathershield Triple Glazed Warmcore Aluminium/ uPVC windows and doors.
