We hope you enjoyed this year’s Christchurch Exemplar Homes FREE Self-Guided Tour

Thank you so much to all the home owners, home presenters, Christchurch City Council, participant businesses, volunteers, Ara architecture students for all your kindness and hard-work that made this event possible.

And big thank you too all visitors to our open homes for your support, showing your interests in the sustainable and innovative features of these homes, and caring about making a difference in our current housing situation and leaving our future generation more warmer, dryer, healthier housing stocks to enjoy.

The 2017 Examplar Homes Tour is organised by Superhome Movement, sponsored by Christchurch City Council and Build Back Smarter. A selection of houses presented by Superhome Movement’s participants to show some latest innovations, sustainability features, cutting edge now products, alternative building methods, smart and thoughtful designs and most importantly, the warmer, dryer, healthier characters of all the homes.
